Masinga Dam Road Trip

In the month of July,2019 i joined Mitsubishi owners club of Kenya and within that month the club organised a road trip to Masinga. Masinga is in Machakos county,Kenya.I had never been to that area and i love driving so i decided to join the team.We met very early on a Saturday morning along Thika Road.I was meeting the other team members for the first time that morning and it went well.
We left for Masinga at around 8am and it was a smooth ride and the road was good all the way.We made two stops along the way to Masinga.The bit that i liked about the trip to Masinga was that some team members kept with my pace.The thing is am not a fast driver so sometimes i would be left behind.
We got to Masinga Dam Resort and had a tasty lunch after which we headed to Masinga Dam.The scenery there was beautiful and i also liked that it was only Mitsubishi cars and i learnt about the different car models and also networked and made new friends.It was really fun.The place is hot,next time i will carry a sun hat.We used a different route to go back to Nairobi which was good to get a different feel and scenery.
